Posted: Sat Sep 27, 2008 8:36 pmWaiting to hear from Brendan in the morning. he has a tandem but should be good for a 10am meet. If a driver is needed let me know as i can call TC in the morning but need to be sure. sounds like there will be a crowd so lets coordinate.

I got to 7200 above launch
And Doug was even higher over the peak!!!!!!!!!!!!
Had to work just a bit to get high (yesterday was really a no-brainer)
And it took forever on the Pico
But the views..... so cool!

Bob H, Ron F and I took that challenge and launched from skyport. from below launch i headed to the rr and after scratching got up to everybody at 6K at the rr. what a stellar day! I cruised back and forth from thermal factory to alternator before landing at east beach (1K over) w/ Bob. I had awesome flights from skyport fri, sat and sunday. It ain't the drive its the Drive...
