Whats it going to be?

October 26, 2008. Very hot at launch on a day when the inversion had downtown Santa Barbara 20 degrees cooler than Skyport. But the Vandenberg balloon said there would be a decent lapse rate from 2,800 feet up, so we gave it a shot. Big crew headed to launch in three vehicles. Weak cycles. I launched after noon and had a 15 minute sled ride to Parma Park.

after waiting 2hours at launch i left last. fun watching everybody have gr8 takeoffs. actually had a decent flight. rock hopping and coring the available lift at the rr then over to tf where 3800 was the limit. art and i landed at east beach.
