here is my helmet cam video edited down to 9:22. it is on VEOH so make sure you hit watch on VEOH TV at the top of the video frame when it starts. I didnt add music so you will hear all my weird sounds and radio chatter. this is only the first hour of flight and gets you just to the point of going OTB. great cloud shots and awesome views from 13k

Pipkin found me through an ad in the Ojai paper. Maybe someone should run another one?

Nice video Chip! Hearing that vario make sounds I haven't heard in a long time gave me a cold sweat. Little close to the clouds perhaps though?..;P

I checked-out that ad...you gotta be kidding me, $40/day? I don't think I'd want to have the kind of people who work for $40/day driving my truck! They'd probably just steal the truck after everyone launched!
I know a guy in the Owens who charges $50/pilot, two pilots minimum.
Now that said, to be ironic, I'll be happy to drive for you guys sometime soon, just because I still haven't even been to Pine and want to check it out, and I need reasons to get out of the house. Give me a call: 733-4706. I'll use the $40 to pay for the gas I'll have to use commuting from Lompoc!

$40 is the base rate and gas is in addition. like i said before if a raise is needed then so be it.
